Shipping policy
UK DELIVERY PRICING (Estimated prices for shipping are found below, shipping is calculated upon checkout.)
• Orders £350.00 – £499.00 → £50.00
• Orders £500.00 – £750.00 → £45.00
• Orders £750.01 – £1,000.00 → £40.00
• Orders £1,200.00 and over → Free delivery
Delivery times are between 0800 & 1900 hours. (Please call La Lucca on the day of expected delivery date who can try to obtain an ETA, if required, from your local delivering depot. Our office number is 01515451425)
Cut off for orders to depart on the same day lorry is 12:00
Shipping works on "Working/Business days" & weekend's are not counted. Delivery time estimations are from when your order has been picked and dispatched.
Delivery is made using a pallet network. Your pallet(s) will be delivered using an 18+ton lorry or an artic.
It is your responsibility to communicate any special requirements with La Lucca for your delivery. (if you have restricted access and a smaller vehicle is needed, you need to communicate this to us Via email and a special note making when placing the order. If a lorry arrives and can not unload due to restriction issues, you will be charged a re-delivery charge set out by the pallet network that is looking after La Lucca's interest at the time.)
It is YOUR responsibility (As La Lucca's customer) to be available to receive your goods. You or a member of staff need to be available to meet the driver and take stock of the goods/pallet. If you are not on site, Both the pallet network and or La Lucca will attempt a minimum of one phone call to reach you. We (La Lucca) will also send you an email at the same time of calling, informing you, your driver is waiting at your property or near by. You have a 20 minute window from the drivers arrival, to meet your driver and unload. Anything after that 20 minutes and the driver will leave your premises. You will incur a redelivery charge.
It is YOUR reasonability to inform La Lucca about any holidays/appointments/business meetings and any other reason you come up with, that you will be unable to meet your lorry and receive your goods. If you can not accept the delivery for any reason what so ever, you need to inform La Lucca in writing by email (cleaning@lalucca.co.uk) and La Lucca will try and facilitate your request to amend delivery times & dates with the pallet network.
The service with pallet network is Curb side drop only.
